bcdDocuments is a software package which helps a firm make documents and track workflow for jobs. Documents can be produced and workflow managed efficiently by the package, which tracks events or tasks to be performed by the firm. The reason for bcdDocuments is to increase efficiency in document production and workflow management.

Here’s an example of how it works:

A department specializes in managing the purchase or sale of property for its clients. Each sale or purchase is a "matter" or "job" for the client. For each job there are fixed and optional documents to make and fixed or optional tasks to perform. bcdDocuments makes each document by automatically filling in fields in templates with stored data. This has obvious benefits.

The workflow management aspect of bcdDocuments is optional. If it is used, for each job or matter the department has there are tasks or events to be performed. These tasks (such as the making of a document or contacting the client) are assigned to staff members who have their own deadlines or due dates. The events are presented on a grid, and their completion status is monitored with alerts shown in color. Many reports are available on the events.

bcdDocuments is a toolkit for professional offices. Some set-up is needed, i.e you must first make the document templates and/or applications. After this the benefits in efficiency and quality can be achieved.

Engtrend is a software program which monitors the health of Allison T56 TurboProp engines.on P3 Orion and C130 Hercules aircraft.
