Clients is where most client topics are managed.
Newto make a new client, clone a client or import a client from another database,
Client Datato select a client and manage their data,
Manageto manage client data fields and import data from another database,
Reportsto report on client data fields or client data,
PMS Importto import clients and data from another database.
At , , or signs in a column heading, you may reorder the items in the grid by clicking on that column heading.
In this area manage the data fields which will contain client information. Insert, delete, renumber or edit properties of the data fields.
These fields will be listed in the available fields for insertion as bookmarks in the document template creation process. See Inserting a bookmark.

In this area you can manage actual client details. You can edit the basic details such as Client code, notes and description. You can also search by either Client or Client Description by using the edit controls at the top of the window.
Select a Client and click the
[Next] button to move to the detailed Client Management window.
In this area you can edit the details for a selected client. See the diagram below for illustration of these functions.
To edit the details on another client, click the
[Back] button, select another client and click the
[Next] button to return to this area.
